Membership Application
1. Thank you for your interest in becoming a CHMAFC member. Membership is open to anyone interested in the restoration, preservation, and display of the Model “A” and “AA” Fords, manufactured between 1928 and 1931. You don’t have to own a Model A to be a member.
2. As a prerequisite to membership in the CHMAFC, you must also be a member in good standing with the Model A Restorers Club . Applications for each are included on the CHMAFC membership application. Also can be found on the last page of the newsletter.

4. Complete the application, print, and mail the form with your first year membership dues of $25 (checks payable to CHMAFC) via U.S. Mail to the address listed at the bottom of the application form.
